I recently bought a car from Lookers (Nissan) and found them really good to deal with. The sales rep (Jacob) was very good! He didn’t try to oversell anything. Was very patient and tried his best to put a deal together where every party was happy. They did everything that they said they would and made the whole process stress free! I would heartily recommend them!

I contacted the dealership in Leeds and spoke with Dan Cole who arranged for me to pop down and test drive a vehicle. He kept in constant touch prior to the appointment keeping me up to date with the vehicle test drive availability. When I went to the dealership Dan greeted me in a warm and friendly manner, sat me down and explained everything about the vehicle I was interested in. Nothing was to much trouble. All my questions were answered and the test drive was great. First class service.

Dan Cole - great customer service from Dan and the team at Nissan even though we were buying my wife's car remotely from Wales! Went that extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as possible, including coming in on a day off to sort some admin out for us. Would highly recommend and we will being go back there first next time to see Dan when I change my car up.
